Clinical Advisory Board
The mission of the Clinical Advisory Board is to surface, analyze, and provide expert support to hospital and health system COOs, CMOs, and clinical leaders in four major arenas that together promote clinical transformation: 1) Elevating clinical quality and patient safety; 2) Improving cost and operational efficiency; 3) Driving profitable procedure growth; and, 4) Mitigating key physician-hospital flashpoints. Our offering combines tactical guidance on best demonstrated practices, analysis of strategic opportunities for administrators and clinicians, and expert consultative services to set strategy and assist with implementation.
