Implementation: Align Technology to Strategy
Implementation entails a detailed clinical and business Process Assessment, Technical Installation and Onsite Training to build enterprise knowledge and system experience. You will be guided through the implementation phase by our specialized team of clinical consultants, technical engineering staff system and trainers; all dedicated to helping you seamlessly install the OptiLink system in your environment. Key learnings from best practices in executive stewardship, project management, communication and enterprise knowledge acquisition are embedded in the OptiLink application implementation process. |
Utilization: Support Baseline Adoption
We work with each of our partners to ensure that there is comprehensive utilization of the OptiLink application. Best practices in technology adoption shape this process. You will be assigned a Dedicated Advisor with deep field experience whose role is to help you optimize your use of the technology, incorporate associated best practices and support you in driving return on your investment. Compliance and utilization reviews are conducted to identify where on-going training and support should be focused. Full system utilization builds a platform for system deployment against organizational goals and priorities. |
Optimization: Migrate to Best Practice
Our aspiration is to support your organization in leveraging the technology to achieve your business goals through best practices in workforce management. With this in mind, our dedicated advisors will develop a customized “full potential” performance plan for your organization – drawing on a set of specific OptiLink cohort services created uniquely for this program.
